Ally, the owner of Exhale Events is a gem. A true perfectionist and a detail-oriented Godsend - especially for people like me, who have a specific vision, but are a bit overwhelmed when it comes to coordinating everything. I came to her asking for help for my 40th birthday. My vision was to deck out a lounge as a Miami-Vice themed, elegant 80's club theme. I also didn't want to break the bank...I had ordered a lot of things on my own, but when I called her she was an excellent listener, asked the right questions, and then met all my needs and obtained rental items I needed that were on-track with my budget. She coordinated with my DJ, banquet manager, etc. and also kept me in the loop always (as I am OCD about certain details).

Let me start by saying I cannot recommend Exhale enough, and if I could give 10 stars I would!!! Ally was absolutely incredible to work with--I booked her for day-of coordination services about a month before my Indian wedding, and it was the best wedding-related decision I made. Ally was able to reach out to multiple vendors (and family members!) to put together a careful timeline, manage the inevitable bumps in the wedding planning, and do it all without having to call/email me. On the day of the wedding she was indispensable--from shepherding people from different locations to getting me snacks to handing the rice that was to be thrown to even taking photos of a tender moment when the photographer was with the groom, to many, many more things I'm sure I missed. Everyone had a blast at the party (including me!) and it was in large part due to her hard work. Even my mother, who was very hesitant about hiring a planner, told me after that she was impressed by Ally. There is no way that any family member could have done what she did. Weddings are so expensive, this was one cost that was worth its weight in gold--my only regret is that I didn't book her sooner!!!
